Building bought on market does not show up

Hi,

Just bought a Fruit Plantation 50/5/1 located in Mauritania from the building-market.
Money was withdrawn from my account, but building never showed up under production

Fixed assets was raised accordingly.

Have no intention to see if reproducable.

Seller was USA inc. i think.

If You looked at my Fixed assets you wouldn't ask.

The problem is the selling company !!!

This time I bought a Factory in france 20/2/1 at 250.000,-
and the same thing happend :

My money was withdrawn but the factory never showed up.
Is it possible that the seller has found a Bug and is using it?

The seller was the same as mentioned above
