When i try to produce or build something and when some item are missing
ex :
i have
4 lvl 4 wood
1476 wood lvl0
and i need 1480 wood (any quality)
i have a message saying : "you need 1476 wood lvl4 more" (for exemple)
but not "you need 4 wood lvl0 more"
is it normal??

Yes, it is normal.
You can see the reason for this in the fact that usually everybody wants to reach higher qualities in the final products.
And thus the system is programmed the way that it always tries to use the high-quality items in your warehouse.
And later (when you get a premium account) you can build "expansion administration buildings". Here the low quality items will be preferred.
