Premium account bug !!!

I have problems with my premium account!
My problem is that I have premium account till 18/01/2016 but sometimes I see my account without premium and I can't use my buildings .... and I need to log out and in often till I get access with premium.....
Was not such a big problem but now I can't get any access now to premium ....
Please check that I bought Premium Account this days .... thanks a lot!
