Can't fill the needs of stupid people in a homeless shelter

I have a 100m2 homeless shelter with 5 employee's, i have to give 2,500 of each bread, sugar, flour, pork. but when i hit Execute it says:

"You don't have enough goods in your warehouse."

^^wtf?^^

I even tried doing it with all Q*0 products and still gives same message, I've done up to 4 points in the building now on the fifth its pulling this crap =p

I'll keep surfing threads but s far have found no explanation.

Check both amount of employees and the size of the building.
Each delivery require bigger building and more employees.
