My level + caps R1 [closed]

Ok today i've logged onto R1 to find i've levelled up to Capitalist and now have 433B instead of 43B (think it was around that) i've not bought, sold, traded anything in the past 24hrs, as you can see from my company value for the last week there's no reason for this.

Ok you managed to look into this quite quickly well done!.. However took the caps back but not dropped my level back to what is was yesterday, it would be great if you could put me back to where I was before.

Any chance of a response to this? 5 days for a response to a support/customer query is quite (very shockingly) bad for a online company, Even just to say 'were looking into it' would be better then being ignorant.
