contract accepted, but no money?

I sent someone a contract,
he accepted it, and i got no money (no massage that he accepted, no massage he canceled, not the goods i sent him back)

Company-name, User-ID, Realm are really helpful.

Additionally: Do you know what you sold, what amount, to whom you sold, when you sold?
Some more details would be nice.
