Daopay problems

Dear players,

we have experienced recurring problems with our payment provider Daopay during the past 2 weeks. Due to this fact, we are currently working on updating our payment system. When the update is completed, you will find a number of new payment services for your use; we will take Daopay from the list for the time being and replace it with other SMS and telephone payment providers.

If you have made a payment with Daopay, and did not receive your Coins, please contact our support under:
http://www.support.upjers.com (click on the English flag)

We need to know:

1. The telephone number you called / sent your SMS from

2. Time/date of your payment

3. Order number and pincode given to you by Daopay

If you received the error message "wrong pincode", please contact their customer support under:

http://www.daopay.com/support/form.php

and describe your problem. If they have sent you an incorrect pin-code, they need to solve this problem from their side. Due to the incorrect pin-code, your payment has not been registered in our system, so there is nothing we can do from our side to help you.

For the time being, please don't make any further payments via Daopay, the new system should be online by tomorrow.
