Dear players,

we would like to remind all of you, that in case you have not received your Coins after a payment after 4-5 working days, to contact our support, so we are able to find the error and correct it in a timely manner.

When making a bank transfer, it is absolutely necessary to enter the reason for transfer, as stated within the description inside the game, otherwise we are unable to process the transaction. (please note that international transactions may take longer than a week to be transferred)
