Language files updated

Hi everybody,

due to a couple of severe and not-so-severe translation errors in our Kapilands language files, I have now revised the entire text and uploaded the new files.

My general efforts went into correcting grammatical errors as well as some of the vocabulary, however, I thought it necessary as well to change some terms - don't be alarmed, the game hasn't changed, just the wording.

Producing buildings are now Production facilities

Wares have been changed to Goods

Big Stores have been changed to Department Stores

Selling buildings have been changed to Stores

I have also pretty much rewritten the entire messages sent by the system.
