no it is a grocery patch 400sqm - can a mod please correct the title?
And if you could focus your attention for a bit longer than 1 second, then you could see from the main post that kapitools.de did not have grocery patch in their list, but since expansion cost for the stores is same(i think) then it is not a problem.

Sorry, but I closed this thread due to several reasons.
1) Again a wrong title-format. CMOT, please click on the following link and check the auction rules, especially the "format-rule"! This was not the first time that you used a wrong format... so please use it in future otherwise those threads will get closed without further explanation. And all the others should keep this in mind, too.
2) You are asked not to discuss things in trade-threads to help everyone to keep the survey of important pieces of information about the trade... this rule is especially enforced in the auction-section as it is very important here to be able to read the bids easily.
Unfortunately people are discussing things again instead of sending one of the moderators a PM).
3) The thread-starter gave several different and confusing pieces of information about his offer. Auctioneers should be able to identify and present their offer correctly and without misunderstandings.
No hard feelings, please, but I guess it would be easier if a new and correct/valid auction will be started.

PS: If you want to get something changed in an auction you should write one of the moderators a PM including the link to your auction and the things you want to get changed. This is the only possibilty to guarantee that your wish will be read. Thank you for helping us and yourselves!
