I just want to clarify this....what Tycoon means is that is order to extend the rules mandated 12 hour payment window, it's something that I have to be willing to do. NOT that I am bound to extend the window by 3 days.

Ok you have your points. Cause in 1 hour i have to go, and Really need that RC, and when i get back i do have the 1,5mil cash so than i will place my offer, cause now i cant accept the RC within 12 hours (unless you send in 1 hour, but that isnt likely to happen.)
