It is stupid. I guess becasue he has put a maximum increase so it wud go 53k.. 54k etc which really doesnt make any sense

Yes, that I believe is the correct explanation - Halee-Burton requested a maximum bid increase of 1000 kapis, and a minimum bid increase of 100 kapis. (If you know him, you'll know he likes to do this)

However - just because you don't understand why he does it, does not mean it is "stupid" there are in fact very good reasons why one may wish to do this.

The current bid seems to be 53200 by Orval. (so the next bid can be anywhere between 53300 and 54200)

I trust that this is a satisfactory explanation for all your queries. I am certain Halee-Burton will corroborate the above in due time, but as I do not believe he is available at this time I found it useful to step in and explain so that the auction can continue.

Well the current bid, when u posted, was mine at 53,300..

And please explain to me why on earth u wud want a maximum increase? This makes no sense!! If u do not have a maximum u have the potential to make more money.. sorry i dont see the point in this at all.
