Umm, your wrong.

Im going to 'buy all' becasue im gonna by the whole freaking lot. Im infact at the moment going to 'buy all' for 12, if someone bids again they will 'buy all' for over 12.

'Buy all' is a non term, and is seperate from 'buy it now' gosh man use your damn common sense :x

So u udnerstand? Yes?

'Buy all' = I would like to buy all that you have on offer.
'Buy it now' = i would like to buy all, for the buy it now price

Is this clear?

Or shall i repeat myself again?

So to conclude

I want to BUY ALL FOR 12

Geesh some ppl around here are real damn hard work.. pls in future b4 u touch the keyboard THINK about what ure gonna type..

There's your first problem, you don't get to make up your own rules. If someone bids your 'Buy It Now' price as the 1st bid, that's it, end of auction.

For someone who tells people to read the rules, you might try doing that yourself some time.

auction rules wrote: 9. “Buy it now“ (optional)
The “Buy it now” function for a fixed price can only be used if there is no bid before.
this may be the rule, but this is the only place when "Buy it now" works this way

"buy it now" means "BUY IT NOW" regardless of any other bids, the auction may be running, but at the point when someone wants to buy the thing for the BIN price the auction is over and he gets the thing

In the rules they referenced how it works on eBay, and it's the same way there. The seller designates a Buy It Now price, which is only available as long as there are no bids placed yet.

change the rules, they should say: When the buy it now price is reached the transaction is closed immediatly and the wares are sent to the first bidder of the buy it now price.
Sell the stones to Foxkiller

The buy it now price can only apply if there are no bids, because it is a higher amount than the initial bid! If someone chooses to bid instead of buy it now they are taking a chance that they will get the goods for cheaper than the buy it now price.

As such once 1 bid has been made buy it now cannot be used, it is down to the auction to see how far it goes! If someone was so bother about the product they would buy it b4 anyone bid.

Having it so that it is siold when the buy it now price is reacehd is rdiculous.... and would limit potential profit and would be pointless..

Please no more arguents about this..

I think im still the higest bidder at

Foxkiller has already bought the item. He bid the buy it now price and as such auction is over :)
Rather radical change in attitude from your first post on this matter isn't it Jake?

No Jake. I have never made a mistake.

I cut the erasers off the end of my pencils.
Took out the backspace button.
Through all my white out containers out.

Foxkiller did not make a valid bid, look at the last sentence copied straight from the auction rules.

Each bid has to include the price per unit.
A bid is binding, it can
