Then I got offer for 1 bill caps for gas station and that guy tooked my both stations. I was checking auction before, but there was no bidder, so I sold them.

You had two, you could have sold one. Besides, you could have ended the auction.

As you did not, I expect you to deliver what I bid on. I sold two buildings in order to have at least one, so I have a loss as well.

I'll be waiting for 12 hours as put in the rules, thus, giving you the chance to deliver.

I understand you had troubles selling, this does not mean you can put other players into troubles wihout a warning beforehand.
