In contrast to normal auctions you will bid the prices that you would like to sell your 2.500.000 water to me everyday.

Starting bid: 0.13 caps
Bidding increment: 0.01 caps

The best possible option is to open a "Tenders" page so the player can ask for their needs for best possible prices.

With my post I just wanted to avoid people stating any rule here which do not really exist!
