The problem is that we are now at 12 hours since the auction ended, and no well has been delivered. In contacting the person who started the thread, it is clear that he viewed someone else as winning the auction, even though the rules are very clear in this matter.

If the deadline is set for e.g. on 2007-01-01|12:00, the last accepted bid is on 11:59. Because 12:00 is at least a second to late.
