It is a big contract so I divided it into parts. and rules are as follows:
#1-5: 5000 wardrobes q7
#6-10: 1000 wardrobes q7

minimal price for #1-5 is 1800
minimal price for #6-10 is 1850
minimal increase: 25

The company that offers the best price for any 5000 lot will be offered a long term supply agreement of at least 5000 wardrobes q7 a day.
