I think he accepted in the meanwhile... generally said we have a period of 12 hrs, in which contracts should be signed... but this is an international version. So it can happen that the buyer sits on the other side of earth... so you should contact the auction winner and just ask or try to find out what happened.

If sb denies to sign the contract, get in contact with one of us mods, pls
