Buying any Building thats in the first 10000

Buying any building that got the number from 1-10000. Meanings ill buy the building that is in the first 10000 building and ill pay a little extra for it. Ill pay extra 50.000 + Building cost. Please E-Mail me first before sending the building contract.

PS. I might not buy Selling building and only buying building from 20m
