I have seen the need for a business that expands buildings and then sends them back to their owners, and i have decided to explore this market. My plan is simple to buy the buildings you want to expand from you, expand them for you and sell them back to you. Since this is a new idea i have not yet finalized the prices. So they can change.

Pricing

Cost of materials + cost of Expansion + 2mill daily fee ( equivalent to 41,666.00 caps per Meters squared)

so let me get tihs straight. i want a 4000m2 powe plant in green do i sell you one of my buildings and then you expand it and then i buy it back?

Yes that would be correct.
I know it is a risky operation for both you and me, because it may end up that you don't buy the building back or I don't sell it back. This is why the building would be sold for a reasonable price to me meaning that you will want it back and i will sell it to you.

ok so say i seend you a 1200m2 green power plant and i want it to beexpanded to 400m2. how much would you buy the plant off me for, and how much would it cost me in total for the building when its done?

well for a 1200 power plant in green i would pay the building cost. so what the building is worth to you if you were to build it in your current lvl. which for you would be.

i am doing that now i pay you 50 mill per 1000m2 and sell back to you at 50 mill per 1000m2

so you send me a 1000m2 Factory @ 50,000,000.oo i expand it and sell back to you.

ok, but i wan tit expanded to 4000m2 so that woul be an expansioun of 2800m2 how much would that cost. Oh and samequestion to you yo go

for 2800 Msq expansion it will cost you 78.615.000 caps and 59 days to expand. last day is on the house.

it is a much cheaper option then yo go because he will charge around 130mill from what he said that its 50mill per 1000m2

Just some advice to you Voltage. If you are seriously considering this then I advise you to build expansion resource buildings such as mines, plantations, and possibly some factories for steel. This will make it more profitable for you as it will lower the materials cost by more then half.

thanks for the tip but i already dealt with that and can produce all my own stock accept the wood which is cheap and not needed in mass quantities

so all togeather only 78mill. Just so i get it straight (im kind of slow somtimes

) i sell you my power plant for 36mill. then oyu expand for 60days and sell it back ot me for 78mill or do you sell it back to me for 114mill? (the 36mill + the 78mill)
