The interesting thing about 'Furn stores' is that there is no negative impact when expanding, like in production buildings.
A 'mine' that is maxed out will not be worth anywhere near as much as the 'furniture store' until the very distant future. This is because it will be more efficient to have 3 x 6,000m then 1 x 32,000m mine... unlike 'furn stores'

at 3000(ish) selling point thats
98,301,000 caps daily
saying 2/3 of that is spent on purchasing Q0 qardrobes (which you sell at 3000caps) you make 32,767,000caps daily
so 32.76mil daily profit to try and pay for 8bil purchasing price
10days: 327.6mil
100days: 3.276bil
300days: 9.81bil
ofc if you sell higher Q then youll be able to make more money
so i would guess around 200days to pay off the price tag... doubt you'll sell for that much as the average is 60-100days pay-off time for most buildings i see for sale in the building trade
so i reckon you could shift each one for 4bil making you 8 bil TOTAL... maybe 10bil if your lucky

I suspect that the average wardrobe quality by then will be q20 or higher. So I think you could easily half that 200 days to 100.
Another thing, a company like CMB in a year will only have Furniture Stores. And, they will all be either in use, or expanding. Expanding a store too 32000m takes in excess of a year. As such, as long as the ROI is less than that, it is worth it. I still suspect that the ROI will be lower though.

well if the average Q of a wardrobe by tehn is 20+ then i reckon if you go @90 per Q + selling tahts an extra 1800+3000 to 4800 per WD thats 157mil a day changing the average you earn to about 60mil(as you pay less per Q you sell then you buy)

well yeah your gonna be in the money as long as hes still looking to buy
and im sure others will follow him and im sure that as long as wardrobes stay profitable then kapilands will be overflowing with harrod sized stores selling only very expensive wardrobes at a high quality
