How to sell my building??? i just get manager title,so how if i want to sell my building.Can some teach me

go to your building, click sell and you have 3 options:
1- sell to system
2- sell to the building market
3- sell by contract (the buildings and tech contract don't work as normal contracts, you have to put the name of the company you want to sell... you can't get it by clicking in your adress book)
