gas stations all in red, each 2000 sqm and full ads on them

price for each is 120.ooo.ooo and if you buy all 3 you get a discount of 30mil whole deal 330mil.

cattle breeding in green, 1500 sqm price is 60.000.000

yea, just to let you kno ... the 20m2 building wouldnt cost that much - because it is just the building you get initially . . . you dont need that much wood,steel,stones ...
also, why not just build it themselves for a fraction of the cost?

i've got the price from kapilands.de and that is what i obtained at the time.

i realized after that the reduced cost for initial construction.
