i have a 230 m2 joinery for sale for 6 mil.
but you need a lot of plantations to run full productions on it.
you make 1746 tables every 24h, that use 12225 wood and 523K power.
or 1686 wardrobes, that use 33724 wood, 8431 steel and 101K power.
