still selling gas research

quality researched: 69
price: 1.5 billions

just a quick info: research center with 1000 employees requires 200 days (thats 4.8 million work hours) to complete this research. basic research price is 290 millions. so if you take all the time required for it into consideration (also consider research center expansion time - 208 days), then this price is at least 1-2 billions lower than what i invested into it. i just dont need it anymore and want to get some money for it

currently the buyer is gatherin money thats why i didnt close this thread yet. if he doesnt make in time, i will send to the first to reply in this thread. but please, dont send me offers like 1.2 billions, that pisses me off. when i say 1.5 bil its 1.5 bil dont try to lower the price anymore its low enough already.
