Looking to Buy Daily 8000 Steel Q0 (closed)

I'm looking to buy 8000 Steel daily of Q0 for Construction, amount to possibly rise in future, deppends on finances.

i will not accept anything above 135C, i could easily buy from NPC, but i would rather help out one of our Steel producers, The Lower the Price the better of course. Send me an IGM to negotiate the deal as i dont visit the boards very often.
