Time format issue

It used to be you could put in 100: in order to set up 100 hours of production (assuming you have premium). Now I have to put in 100:0, or I get an error. Is there any way to go back to the previous way? It's minor, but it keeps tripping me up.

And it's back working the old way today. Thanks?
Er, just kidding. It works okay on the building page itself, but in the administrative buildings, it's still giving me the error.

It looks like something's going wrong there - that's certainly not intentional. It's probably due to a fix for special characters. We've passed it on to our developers!
In the meantime, as a workaround, you'll have to add the zero.
