For the past two days I have received no 'System' message when my outbound shipment/contract is cancelled by the recipient.
Transaction(s): two cancellations from (CityName) Georgetown.

I haven't heard of any bug affecting the contracts.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to see much more about contracts than you can see yourself. Next time it happens, could you try to jot down the names of the contracts/shipments, dates and times?
