My apologies first off over the graphics - there are only two but they're large.
What do Admin Buildings Look Like?
Firstly here's the Special Buildings menu. If you've hit Small Businessman level you have this menu already, but it's probably empty.
Note a few features of the premium account: The Banner up top is no longer an ad. On the lower left is a timer showing how long until the premium account runs out. And of course these Admin buildings can't be built without a VIP account.
By the way it does not matter where they are located. Mine are spread between Mauritania and Germany based on whatever whim I felt when I was building it that day. Also just FYI these Admin buildings are always "ready" once they've been constructed.
So I clicked on "Ready" next to Factory Administration, for a look at my Factories.
Note there is a checkbox on the right for each one, and an extra checkbox at the bottom for selecting all or none. Then at bottom on the left is a button to cancel production on all the checked buildings, and on the right are boxes for setting production.
You choose the product you want to produce, type in the quality and amount, and then execute. If you have to choose between different input qualities, it will ask you on the next page.
Note when you select inputs, it will only give you choices for those inputs of which you have enough to start all checked buildings. So if I wanted to run 5 factories using q3 oil and 5 factories using q9 oil, I would have to do them in seperate groupings of 5.
And lastly I'll point out the note box up top. It doesn't have a lot of space, but is handy for reminding yourself. Here I have the quantities at my level for 24 hours and 8 employees, and I need to remember to add the 10 employee figure to remind myself what to do with those other 3 factories.
As a tip, these Admin buildings are very handy, changing many clicks into just a few. But they can be rather expensive to build so if you're just scraping by and still looking to maximize your profits, you have to weigh that against spending on another production building.
Hope that helps.
