Why 250? I would go for 255.

I think the cap should stay at 127 and anybody who researches 128 will trigger an overflow and set the research to 0.

It would be cool to trigger an overflow with building sizes. I can imagine having a building with 3,276 employees that gives the FA of a 1m^2 building. This may not be a good idea for stores though...

IF the max will be set to 255.
I better hope we get a building expansion bonus.

Because according to kapitools it will take :
29 years, 293 days, 10 hours, 04 minutes

To get from 0 to 255.
With fully expanded building @ red with max employes.
That is INSANE!

When the building size gets maxed to 2^17+1 it will be:
2718 days, 10 hours, 47 minutes

Still a lot of years. But already more do able
