You sure you put the price in the right box? Theres market price and contract prices.
Contract is on the right
market is on the left. If you enter a company name into the contract section it will always send as a contract or try to. The market price thing on the left has nothing to do with the pricing of contracts, so don't get confused ( I know your not a n00b but it could happen

I am sure I put the price in the right place.This contract sat for 3 days and because I had made that mistake before with the exact same buyer I double checked it while it was still in my Contract box.
The buyer clicked fast and cant remember and by the time I contacted him the daily account numbers were gone.
I dont mind losing the money( well ok I do!) what bothers me is that it has happened 3 times with the same buyer. Is it a bug in the system?? a hack in the system?? Why has it not happenend with the other 10 or so contracts I send out daily????

Hmm, it is difficult to trace back. In order to prove a bu,g we need to be able to recreate it. If that's not possible, there is really nothing we can do.
I must still assume, that you either entered the price in the wrong field, as felix suggested, or that you forgot to enter to price.
If you'd really like to double-check, ask the player to send you the contract back the same way you sent it to him, and tell him you will send it again to the before agreed upon price. Make a screenshot of the number you entered, and of the confirmation that is shown after you sent the contract, then let us know what happens when the contract has been accepted.
If the same error happens again, we have something verifiable that we can check from our side. If not, it probably really was an easily understandable error from your part.
