Contest Prizes aren't being sent

Hey all!

For the last couple of contests, i've been submitting items and being in a rank in which im supposed to recieve one contest certificate. But, so far, not even one contest certificate has been sent to me, and i've submitted in atleast 3-4 contests.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Well, That is my concern. Because i was in the top 100, and didn't recieve any contracts.

I know i'm supposed to sign them. When i won a silver medal, it got sent, but the system for some reason doesn't want to send the contest certificates.

Do you know why this is happening?

It's strange, cause at R1 searching for is company, we see:

Company: The It
Head office: Germany

Cash: 8,518,776,085.97
Fixed assets: 4,306,477,500.00
Score: 638.00

Nope, I have tested the link and it is working, and his ID is correct, probably there is a problem with his account. Besides that he didn't received any contest certicate cause he was placed in 114th place with 5.000 mincemeat sent, 100th place sent 22.660 mincemeat units (this on R1)

well if you 100th you still get the certificate, ( i was 100th in the Mincemeat one)

Make sure that fulfill to necessary qualifications to get such a contest prize.
1) You take part in a contest.
2) At the end of the contest you are in the ranks 1 to 100.

So if you haven't been in the Top100 then you do not get a prize.
It seems as if all the other participants got their prize.
