This is a First-Come First-Serve type of deal. Please read the details thoroughly.
To get your building all you have to do is make a post (One ONLY!), and you may get the building of your choice (based on the "Shotgun" system).
How does it work??
1. Read the List of Available Buidlings
2. Post a Reply with your Top 3 Choices of Building TYPE
4. Post your Business Name AND current Level of business.
3. Wait for 20h00 on April 1st, 2009, then sign your contracts.
Things NOT to do!!
1. DO NOT send IGMs regarding this Auction or for personal Requests.
2. DO NOT ask questions regarding what you will receive, for how much or try to negotiate.
3. DO NOT post more than ONCE (For ANY Reason!)
What are we offering??
To sell you one of our Buildings.
- If your first choice is available, you get it!
- If your first choice is gone, you get your second choice!
- If your second choice is gone, you get your third choice!
IF your third choice is not available, you won't get anything... So try to bid according to what you think we might still have in relation to what you really want.
How will we provide this to you??
We have determined a Set Price per Square Meter for each of our buildings (regardless of type).
Depending on which Level your company is in relation to ours, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Trader - -70%
Small Businessman - -60%
Businessman - -50%
Wholesaler - -30%
Manager - -20%
Entrepreneur - -10%
Large Scale Manufacturer - 0%
Industrialist - +20%
Billionaire - +40%
Big Industrialist - +60%
Tycoon - +80%
Financial Magnate - +100%
Capitalist - +120%
Trillionaire - +130%

Do we have Research??
Yes, we do!
Research will be distributed according to who received which type of building. The level of research per company will be distributed according to Level, with the lower companies having the chance to purchase Higher research first.
Who will receive NOTHING??
Anyone who:
- fails to post appropriately
