Why so many bugs?
Why are there so many bugs in Kapilands? Why so little new features? What is it so difficult for the developer to pgive a little more attention into this game? If you go to google and search for massive-multiplayer business simulation games you will find many games that can easily compete with kapilands. And they have nothing special, just a development team that pays attention to the players. I left Kapilands long time ago and I returned today just to see if there is any significant change that would make this game worth of my attention. But there is no real improvement here. I know that many of you feel the same way and stay here just because you have spent too much time on your account to leave it. Just leave this game and try a similar one for a week or month. ghen maybe the developers will start paying attention to Kapilands.

I am impressed! I made an attempt to advertise a similar game and the reaction was instant. They quickly made the name of the game to be replaced with something else. If they were using their skills more on Kapilands and less on such methods, they wouldn't have to fear any competition from other games.

It's known not to many games like others being promoted there.
Only thing you need to do is write those who want to know about the game to contact you in igm or over here in pm and nothing will happen.
If thats to much for you........sorry, then you are even more lame then i am............
YAWN.
No game can and will be adjusted to everybody's personal likings.
I have so many things i would like improved, but i'll just live with the fact it can't always be done and i just happen to be to stupid to construct a game like this myself.
ps.
Most games i encounter still aren't better then this one.

Although I sent some messages to players in the game, I didn't send any messages to forum members. Some of them asked me to tell them what other games I have pleyd and I sent them a list. Well, one game from that list (which is the most similar to kapilands) has been replaced with another word in all my messages. If they are afraid so much of that game, why don't they try to put some more effort on Kapilands and make it better? Anyway, I can send that list to anyone who wants to try some different with business simulation games.Ronintje wrote:Only thing you need to do is write those who want to know about the game to contact you in igm or over here in pm and nothing will happen.Castor wrote:I am impressed! And you can't change the name with some dots or spaces to make it fall outside the censor??Castor wrote:Although I sent some messages to players in the game, I didn't send any messages to forum members. Well... I guess a list of all those bugs would be much more interesting than talking about other online games.
I would prefer that handy list of "bugs".
Maybe we can change things...
And Ronintje: I have got a great idea... maybe you want to make a new hobby out of it.
Play your life! And remember: Life is just a game!

I know two of them:GoldenEye wrote:I would prefer that handy list of "bugs".Maybe we can change things...
1. Locking too many buildings after premium is expired
2. Non-working Kapi Bank
Also, there are some major problems in the game logic, which hurt many players. I think, developers should work hard on them, because improving in these directions will definitely bring a lot of interest and cash.
1. Too long buildings expansion time
Top players lose interest to the game because they have to wait months to complete the expansion.
2. No social components
Joining syndicates, unions, or whatever and play together - it's the most interesting activity in the game. Other your games have this (Caribic Islands for example), but Kapilands doesn't
3. Usability features
KapiScript and KapiTools are great, but why don't developers make them theirselves? It's the biggest sign of their laziness. Volunteers start improving the game because developers don't want to do that.

I do like the syndicate thing.
Its in kapi regnum and tho i didn't join one there i do think it could be fun nice to have over here.
However, we do have some.
Tho it isn't official ingame we do have TIB and LTC.
Prolly some more even, but those are the only ones i know of.
Implementing it ingame like in regnum might be an improvement tho

Yes, one more sign of the developers passivity: players have started unofficial syndicates because they tired to wait this in the game.Ronintje wrote:However, we do have some.

It's much more easy just to make a "Syndicate" section on the forum, isn't it?

I would like to see the ability to set up Trade Unions in game. Even if it didn't really give any benefits. At least it would be a step in the right direction.rasfast wrote:Yes, one more sign of the developers passivity: players have started unofficial syndicates because they tired to wait this in the game.Ronintje wrote:However, we do have some.
