contest between production industries

Syndicate battles!

Seems to be really cool, but it requires tons of programming hours. I'm not sure that admins have this time.

BUT! All modern sites have social features, and I think developers should go in this direction one day. It's very profitable for the site, and it's fun for players. Maybe it will be implemented in the new Realm3?

Well... I am sorry to say but I don't think that this will be implemented.

I like the basic idea. Variety is good... BUT (and this is something we do not need to discuss) it would change the system of a contest completely. *g*

Yes, I know that a contest is for variety and this would be brought by this suggestion.
Yet the function of a contest is to support one single product for a certain duration. And we do want to have got chances for all products.
If the contest were the way you suggested it we would have products that would of course lose and would never have the chance to win such a contest. And the different industries have very different production rates (e. g. gas on the one hand and wooden toys on the other hand).

The system we have now is much fairer and gives more players the chance to participate.
Sorry, but your suggestion won't be implemented, I guess.

Feel free to continue discussing, but please do not want the programmers to implement this feature.

You said it before cause we were complaining about how no mods read the suggesttions thread XD

but i dc about the products thing what about the syndicates? of different industries with their own seperate contest just for trophies that they can diisplay!!! cmon would be amazing XD

Well I think the admins could give it a go in Realm 3 and if it doesn't work then you could change it back again.

In my long career on here i have seen a few

Spelling mistakes posted in the wrong froum (Theres a thread in bugs for them). The biggest one I can remember though was the increase of how many products you could buy off the NPC at one time... It used to be 10million, imagine trying to buy 1bil power daily
