I think this is not legal, you can't put something in auction and at the same time on market.

Once one bid is bid the buy it now no longer exists... but unless the bidding goes over the buy it now price (rare but possible) if you bid buy it now then you will win... So i dont know the pricing, if this 9.5bil is high (which i think it is just a tad) but someone buys it from the market, then you Halee should just tell them to come here and "place a bid" on the building they already own and hope no-one outbids them. Well, I'll just refer this to Goldeneye seeing as he has all the knowledge.

Personally i would say you cannot do this according to the rules :)

Well... I do not want to offend anyone.
Yet I have some kind of stomache ache with this kind of business strategy.

The rules are clear:
The "Buy It Now"-option ends when someone bids in an auction. This happened here already (starting bid given).
Thus "Buy It Now" is not possible anymore... and your RC is at the building market for the "Buy It Now"-price. Unfortunately this option became invalid by the first bidding.

Thus I need to ask you to take back your building from the market. It needs to be available for the complete duration of the auction.
Putting things at the market and at the same auctioning them off can lead to troubles, misunderstandings and problems.
Please take your building back as soon as possible. It needs to be available for all participants in this auction.

Sorry, I misunderstood the "Buy it Now" rules. The building has been removed from the market, and highest bid in this auction wins. Thanks.
