[2008-09-14|02:00] 1 BILLION POWER

Post by Guest » 10.09.2008, 21:56

1) 1.000.000.000 (billion) kwh
minimun bid - 0.18 caps per unit

Auctioning off a single lot of 1 billion power (no splits allowed, the auction is for the lot as a whole). I'll be following all standard auction rules, including the 12-hour contract delivery and 12-hour expected contract acceptance.

Please remember to place your company name with the bid and not just in the signature.. and to also add a price in caps per unit for any bid.

Well, Myth u quoted what seller wrote. But that is not the rule.

Rule says that company name CAN be in the signature and DragoonZ50 must acept the rules if he wants to paticipate in auction, he is not allow to change them it suits him.

So, Myth i dont belive ur offer is valid.

Nevertheless, i offer 0,20 caps/unit on lot1

"Hi,
we just changed the auction rules and added the point: "company name has to be given with the bid".

Pls be informed that bids without the company name will be regarded as invalid."

So Purple rain, i think Myth is right. Sorry.

Current Highest Bid:
0,22 caps/kwh by NoobGasSteel
Before the new rule was in place, I asked for the company name in posts to avoid confusion, more for myself. Now bids without it are invalid even if I wish to accept them. I guess it's better that way.

Good luck to all next and current bidders!

this is the quote from auction rules:

10. Bids
Each bid has to include the price per unit.
A bid is binding, it can

Networker is right, as is DragoonZ50.

You need to state the company name in post or in signature. There have been many bids (including my own) without the company name in the post, but in the signature. These bids were approved.

Myth's bid was invalid, as Dragoon's was valid, and both stated the same price. In any way, it does not matter for Dragoon's nor for Myth's bid in here, but for the future it might.

Alright then... Even though your bid won't be invalid if you state your company name in the post with your bid and not just in the signature, I suggest for you to do so. It just takes a second and could save a lot of trouble.

Highest bid still remains:
0,22 caps/kwh
