I totally agree, and if you are not sure you can pay back in time, don't take a loan, it has happend before, so you know the risk ....

What you don't seem to understand is that it still showed 100 in the buildings count on the side so obviously there was something wrong.

Yes, correct. But you cant say this to your customer, especially if they are paying the real money to play.
The game should always use cash to pay the loan at first, because building is more important than cash. If only the cash is not enough, then go from first smallest (less expansion size) to largest.

Just my 2 cents.

p/s: Feel sorry to learn about Supplier Inc and Milenko problem. But congratulation to Supplier Inc for your first baby (I guess )

look, i think the best way to solve this problem is for the game to sacrifice a bit.

If he decides to quit the game, then he estimates about how much real money he spent and they refund it, possiby with extra.

If he decides to continue playing then they give him back his buildings, a bit larger, and give him 700 mil cash

And at the end of the day, Kapilands will be known as the game that never takes away a players rights, and has the best customer service on the net :)

nice thought but i don't think it will happen because they will stick by the whole warnings and risks of taking a loan... i guess losing 3.5 billion worth of buildings fall under that

They are worth more then 3.5 billion. If Milenko were to liquidate his company he would have easily 25 billion+.

The bank system has been turned off completely, to avoid any further problems, an optimized version (or none at all) will be featured in the new version of Kapilands, which is in production.

From my side I have done everything I could to do offer help to Milenko; Unfortunately there literally isn't anything else I can do.

I hope we can solve the issues with the subsequent version of Kapilands, otherwise we'll probably leave the entire bank system out in future.

Best regards,

if you don't do everything yourself ... ;-) I have just loaned 10 Caps to check myself - confirmed it's still running and reminded our programmers to turn it off. :-)
