Hes not selling and hes doing it on the amount you send him

ie the more you send him the more he will pay for them-

send 10 its 300mil total
send 3 lots of 10 and thats 900mil from 30 coins but if you sent them all together he would buy them for 960mil total(32mil per coin) if you get me?
