This is not section for discusion so pls write only if you are interested in buying. For building at this size would be starting bid on 1 bill caps and if I am fine with such price I can set only buy it now option at this sum. Reason is I want to make quickly place for another building.

I completly agree with you Myth.
When I am looking on problems in auctions, many ppl are refering to e-bay. "on e-bay there is such rule" ; "on e-bay you can make this" ; "on e-bay this is not allowed" aso.... and they are winning with these argument.... (I still wonder why and could not find out why.. but this do not belong here).
On e-bay between auctions I noticed few topics where was only allowed "buy it now option" so as long as I am satisfied with 1 bill I have this also here.
