ok so i took out some loans to help cover the unexpected rush of beer for this contest, because i could get the chance to repay the loans all of my buildings are gone, i still have the FA and cash i had on me, but every single building of mine isn't there anymore

i wouldn't of cared if they took the buildings to the value ofthe loan and returned them once i pay the loan off, but take every single building is kinda stupid, it doesn't give me any chance to empty my shops and repay the loan, and i can assure u the value of every building taken is alot more then the loan, 3.7Billion fixed assest u can't loan out that much money from the bank

i would like some help from the devs, give my buildings back and allow me to empty my shops and repay my loans, otherwise im forced to quit this game and u lose the leading company on realm 2 pumping the most amount of money into the realm

As far as I understand it, when this happens, time is of the essence.

Other players this has happened to have had mixed results in building restoration, depending on whether they can be retrieved from the database.

yea, this happened to me and all 2 billion of my buildigns were taken. I had to COMPLETELY start fresh. But a few weeks ago they were able to restore someones buildings (which i am still mad about). In my opinion, the system they use on loans REALLY STINKS and need to be changed in some way.

Don't know how it works
It seems that the system will take all buildings when failed to meet payments
Is it possible to amend the system?
Let's say, the bank holds the building for some time
When the player repay the loan, the buildings are returned, otherwise lost
It doesn't make sense if the system secure all and prevent players to get income to repay.
Large players usually generate major income from stores

Even though my company is in direct compitition with Milenko's it would be a major loss to alot of smaller companys if your company canot be restored. Hope all turns out well.

I think we should probably amend the system. I don't know if it's possible and how, but I'll suggest it to our manager. Unfortunately he's on his vacations now (left early this morning), so it'll have to wait for when he gets back.

I have passed Milenko's details on to him via our internal partner-system, hoping he'll be able to resurrect the account. Our programmers here can't do it, they already told me.

So let's hope something can be done, I'll be back with news at any rate!

The Damned is a company the likes of which we need in the REAL world. I owe a great debt of thanks, like most of us do, to The Damned (and Dominance Inc) who really do help out the small guys and help them get established. They are the John D. Rockefeller's of the game, pushing their wealth out to help aspiring businesses grow.

The Damned filled all my stores with ads at a discount (37 stores at 40,000 ad points was a LOT of help). If the big companys go to the wall then the game is lessened and nowhere near as challenging.

I don't know if it would be of any help but I'd sell building materials to Milenko for a nominal sum of 1c if it helped get him back to where he was.
