all buildings gone

I had a loan, as they came due, i was absent due to job reasons. I was unable to pay the loans but the money was taken from my cash.

The problem comes in here. All of my buildings are gone exept for my special buildings. I had 93 of them, all gone. The building count still says 93 and the fixed assets are the same. But yet U have no buildings exept for the special buildings.

It seems to be the same problem as described by Suppliers Inc. some time ago in this forum. Please help!

maybe all your 93 buildings were premium, and if your premium account expired due to you absence, those buildings are hidden. That's the reason why your building count still at 93.... i guess.

i think the solution will be to renew your premium account.

nope, already checked, premium-time runs into august

I have passed it on to our manager. If you're lucky, we can still retrieve your buildings from our database - otherwise they're gone. the Kapi bank is quite tricky and is set to randomly seize your assets if you don't repay in time. I'll post back here once I have news!

Well, since you are warned before taking a loan that the bank will seize your assets if you don't pay back in time, we actually don't recompense you for that. You do it at your own risk.

In this case, our manager was able to restore most buildings - the rest of them are gone - they had already been deleted from the database.

Wait one minute!!! You restored this guys buildings but the same thing happened to me and you said there was nothing you could do! I HAD A BABY FOR CHRIST SAKE! Something is not right here and i want an explination. I lost over 2 billion in fixed assets and all you said was "well we will reset your building total back to zero", now this guy comes along and you give him all of his buildings back. That is not fair. I am a AVID member of kapilands as i get on on a DAILY basis! i demand an answer to this! I think i am entilted to something seeing i did not get fair treatment as this player apperantly did.

sorry, it all depends on how quickly it's being done. If you get on it straight away, it's possible the buildings are still stored in the database somewhere. If not, they're gone and there really is nothing one can do about it - even if you have had a valid reason for having been offline. That's just not in our power to influence ... And, if you recall, I did check out your account and had a programmer check the database to see whether your buildings were still retrievable.
