I have just had the second fax deleted, apparently because I mentioned TIB in them! When the hell did this start? I have, and CMB has, sent out NUMEROUS faxes mentioning our trade organization, and NO PROBLEM! Now, all of a sudden, you morons have decided to get all picky about it! I understand the rules, I understand the fax is not meant to advertize other sites, but for god sakes, TIB is a trade organization devoted to the frickin GAME! Someone needs to GET A LIFE and GET REAL!

It is no wonder this game is losing players like crazy, you people are out of your minds and out of line. I spent MY coins... 100,000,000.00 caps worth, to be exact... to tell my dear friend TIPTOP welcome back, and to mention TIB, and it was deleted! I WANT A DAMN REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's astonishing to me that a Business Simulation game has Administrators so inept at business as to piss off one of their leading players over something as silly as this. It's no wonder this game has lost its best players and continues to go down the toilet.

I should be refunded my 5 coins because I didn't violate the rules, I never posted a link to TIB, I just mentioned the website at the end of my post. This has N-E-V-E-R been an issue before, and it is U-N-F-A-I-R to single me out for punishment! 100 Million caps is a HUGE amount to spend for NOTHING!

Like, if you can't have some sort of promotion for organizations, whats the point of having organization.

Something else to be noted.
VARG AB also made a fax regarding his trade union, but did they delete that-NO.

Perhaps it was because the fax didn't have any baring on the game - so perhaps considered spam?

Like if you had put: "Buy stones 21 - welcome back to TIPTOP and TIB FTW"
Perhaps this would have been fine?
I would be gutted losing 100mil though!!

It pertains to the game as much as any fax not specifying a product to buy or sell, and it was not spamming, it was only posted once. The intention was not to promote TIB, it was to welcome back TIPTOP, one of the games top players!

It would be different if this had been the policy all along and was vigorously enforced, but that is not the case, it has only recently become an issue with the Admins. Of course, cheaters are making multi accounts left and right and exploiting the hell out of the game, but this just requires too much effort for the Admins to do anything about, they had rather spend their time playing these power trip games with legitimate players.

In case you can't tell, I am pissed off... 100 Million caps worth of pissed off, and I ain't calming down! I want some damn answers from someone, and I want my coins back!!!!

Update: They have now deleted the third fax where I complained about the deletion of the last fax. This game now owes me 15 coins or 300 million caps.

Well... I'll do you this favour, but don't expect more than that I point out the rules.
And it also shows a similar sentence in the fax-menu.

Faxes containing links will be deleted without further comment.

Please do not write things of which you cannot be sure. There have indeed faxes that included an unallowed link and had to be deleted.

There is nothing to say against the content of your first fax. I like such faxes, they are more interesting than trade-faxes... yet posting a link that refers to another site than this board is against the rules.

I am not willing to discuss this issue... and especially not when the tone is that agressive and offensive.

[UPDATE: HB, please be realistic. It have only been two faxes... one including a link and another one including offences.]

Then you have no understanding of the difference between a LINK and a reference to the legitimate name of a web site. I have seen countless faxes with 'tib-ft.com' in the fax, as well as other trade boards and the game forum, and they were NOT deleted!!!

If this is how your leading players are treated, I am going to have to consider leaving, I refuse to accept this behavior. I am not being unreasonable, I spent 15 coins on faxes that were unfairly deleted for no reason, and I am mad about it. You can do something about it, or you can stay on your high horse and pretend you haven't done anything wrong, but I don't have to involve myself with such a thing.

Exactly, and most of the TIB members would have not ever known about TIB without your faxes. This was done for almost a year with no problems, it has only recently become an apparent no-no.

TIB is not a rival of Kapilands, it poses no threat to the game, in fact, it supports and endorses the game and enhances game play by being a member. It is just stupid beyond belief to have such a policy to discourage such ventures.
