Maybe, but I think they (shell) have alot more to worry about then the name of a company in a virtual world computer game. You know with the price of oil at around $125-$130 a barrel. I also recall that there is a company on realm 1 with the exact same name.

You guys might now think it's a big deal to have the name of a trademarked company but it truley is. Many companies will do random internet searches for their company name to see where and how it is being used. If they do a search and it brings them to this game then Kapilands would come under fire because these companies do not want to be associated with some random dude bearing their company name.
