well if yousee the Rule:

Push your purchase - / sale - / auction - posts through *UP*-posts (or something like that) only all approximately 24 hours upward.

that word approximately is not very well used because it depends on the jugement of the person so if someone wanted to be a pain in the b.tt he would say that it is not AT LEAST 24 hours but APPROXIMATELY 24 hours so for the good of the forum it should say at least

PS this comment is just to avoid fights in the forum because i think a bit stupid to fight about an up post, i thought the game was supposed to be fun!!
