Investment consultant error

I got a message saying to build a wine cellar for a point item, so I build it.
The next day, it still says I need to build one!
What's wrong? :?:

Is it the same message? That doesn't change, just build the wine cellar (as you have done) and ignore it for now. You'll receive another message in a few days with the challenge.
