I know you are waiting for another kind of answer and especially for your prizes... but at the moment UpJers is really working hard to find a solution for this problem.
All contracts are going to be checked manually now... this may take some time, but it will lead us to a fair and correct evaluation of this situation.

It's OK to wait, when you know that someone is trying to find solution for this problem.
In the future, if something like this happen maybe admins of this forum can interact more with kapi players, just to keep us beleive that someone will try to help us with issues like this.

I think this game sucks! whats the meaning to have contests when you almost every contest dont are able to send out the prices in time. Whats the meaning of put millions in to the contest when nothing comes in return??? If its the same problem with bananaconest in realm2 and cattlecontest in real1 with the prices i will stop playing this game.

I am terribly sorry for the delay. I have passed on the problem to our management who'll hopefully come up with a solution asap. If you have already posted and given me your user ID I'll make sure you will receive your certificates - we're just trying to figure out first if there's a pattern to why certain people receive their certificates and others don't.

I also got the certificate for the cattle contest but this one for the wine contest is still missing.
