What should a new company in R2 get into?

The question above ^ I started into the wood business because i was familiar with it because i used to play this game 6 months ago. The wood business is no good because the prices are as low as 20c.

I looked at power and water but they are both tooo low right now. I also looked at steel but there are no iron ore producers.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could suggest a few products that a merchant level company would find reasonably profitable.

To me only wood and corn for plantation is profitable.. The rest like buying oil and sell gas is also quite profitable and of cos mining side i'm not very sure.

thanks for your fast reply. I would try the gas thing but i am not sure at all how to do retailing.

daffy trust me when i say get into stones and wood, stone price has gone from 8-10 to 15-20 in the last few days, and wood is alwasy hard for me to get, if u get into wood ( and reasearch it u can send it all to me i give fair price) and stones same thing, they are alwasy thing i and other top players will buy from u so if u want to start out on r2 and not have to worrie about finding buyer get into your base items like stones wood, and mabye even steel, thats abit harder to make but ppl will alwasy buy, stones and wood are ver very very simple to make
