I did not receive mine yet. But several times I had to wait more than week so I will relax nad take my time and I suggest you do the same.

If you are missing your contest reward

Please send a forum PM to "pearlbay". Make sure you include your company ID, as she will need that to process you properly.

If you don't know what your company ID is, go into Help (up top), then choose the FAQ section (on the left). The first line will tell you what your user ID is.

Again, just send a quick note to pearlbay, including your company name and ID, and explaining that you are missing your award for the last contest.

Hopefully this will get everyone cleared up.
