The stock market needs to be more volatile

I'm going to invest heavily in property, my companies property
. If I can't calculate a projected return for a set period of time, how do I know if it's a good investment?
We now know that not many ppl have invested in shares and therefore the price (and value at sale) is low. Maybe if I have some spare millions that I don't know what to do with (other that expand Smellin Inc) I might throw them the stock markets way
.
If I do my sums write (which takes some time) I figure it is better to invest in expansion until the company can't expand anymore. Then I will have some caps spare.

Well I'm at 22 million shares and growing still. I hope others are still buying. It takes a steady pace.
If it dropped from 84 to 83 overnight, that means someone probably sold some. Which is pretty silly, since it hasn't risen enough yet to even cover the spread, let alone make a profit. I think we can be up to 2
